Will fit Permobil F3, F5, F5VS wheelchairs. Version 2 models only. Midnight black color. See picture #19 of a Version 2 base in photos. Easy to install but no instructions included. Please note the two scuff marks on the large U shaped piece (photo # 3 & 4). All the rest are in good condition. All of the studs on the backside are in tack and none are broken off. These studs are used to attach to the chair, just press them in the matching holes. 6 pieces of trim for the rims (3 for each rim) are included. Each piece is individually wrapped shown in photo #17 & 18 and will be thoroughly padded for FREE shipping. No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
