Digital single-digit indicators, arsenide-phosphide-gallium, epitaxial-planar, red (AL304A, AL304B, AL304G) and green (ALZ04V) glow color.
Designed for visual indication.
The indicator has seven segments and a decimal point, emitting light when passing a direct current.
The segment combinations carried out by external switching allow to reproduce the digits from 0 to 9 and the decimal point.
Plastic cases.
The height of the digit is 3 mm.
The weight of the indicator is not more than 0.26 g.
